Grippy Setting Mist​

Perfect in the heat and my makeup does not budge. the spray is perfect and comes out nicely. For the price point too it’s perfect and smells good too. would highly recommend for a drugstore setting spray

As the title says I don't have a bad word about this product! I used this through two heatwaves which would normally have seen my make up smudged everywhere and removed by the end of the day. This setting spray worked wonders and bonus .. it smells great!!

Setting spray does last very well, keeping makeup in place all day and even surviving the eyeshadow on the hand test! Not a massive fan of the spray mechanism though, shoots out at the face quite intense, would be better if it had a finer mister. Also not big on the scent but that’s just a personal preference.

Such a grippy spray incredible!! Gives a dewy hydrated look rather than a dull matte look. Keeps make up on all day and secured! It’s a fine soft mist, a little goes a long way! Makes foundation appear more natural and lovely, this is an excellent piece!

i loved this setting spray, sometimes setting sprays appear oily on top of my skin however this one did not! it’s got a pretty ‘middle’ finish, not too dewey but also not matte which i like as it banned my makeup out perfectly. it helped my makeup last through an 11 hour shift so 🤣 would definitely say it does the job

I was looking for a new setting spray after Urban Decay changed the formula for the all-nighter spray and was a bit dubious based on the low price point of this spray but it’s great. Use it with the grippy primer and your makeup won’t move and gives a lovely dewy finish.

I really love this setting spray. It keeps my makeup looking fresh for hours. It's definitely grippy! Make up lasts until you take it off but it isn't heavy and doesn't feel sticky or uncomfortable and still gives a natural finish. It doesn't leave a residue or give the skin any tightness.

The mist is fine, applies evenly and dries quickly.

I would definitely recommend it and would repurchase.

I used the mist on a day that was quite hot and sunny and also where I was out all day so I wouldn't be able to top up (didn't want to carry everything about). My make up stayed perfectly in place the whole day even when I was sat in the sun and got a bit on the warm side

I already love the primer so I just knew I’d love this setting spray too. It looks quite thick in the bottle but it sprays out so finely. It has that grippy feeling the same as the primer. It’s helps my make up stay put almost all day. It’s nice as a mist to freshen up skin too.

Okay with keeping makeup on but spray quite abit of formula more than needed It definately is very grippy it has a lot of product and will last long formula is different to Other setting spray works well with foundation

This was my first time using a setting spray and i was really impressed with this Maybelline one. It made my face feel very hydrated and dewy. Really good for using in the hot weather to refresh your face also

I really like this Grippy Setting Mist. The gel-to-mist formula feels really hydrating on the skin. It feels a little sticky at first, but once it sets, my makeup looks glowy and fresh. I definitely noticed that my makeup lasted longer and stayed in place better throughout the day. I love to use it with the same grippy primer and they both work quite well together.

This is a good setting spray that does not irritate my sensitive skin. I apply it after I have powdered my face and it melts all the product and locks it in place but I have a face thats gets really oily throughout the day so I find that when i touch my makeup I see residue on my finger. Although, I fear this is probably an error on my technique? I quite like it honestly, I have not tried it with the maybelline grippy primer but I really do like that product as I enjoy that as a primer. I am saving mine because I am running out. I really like the pink packaging and the mist which is important for a setting spray. I want to say the makeup lasts 6-8 hours and looks nice and lived it in rather than “perfect and I just applied it”. But I prefer it this way. It has a thick jellyness to it rather than being a water formula. I’d say it is quite viscous.

This little bottle of mist smells lovely. When you spray it on your face it has a great cooling effect. It did feel quite tacky for some time after application. I felt that my skin was somewhat hydrated and I don't know if it helps make up stay on as i dont wear foundation.

Very easy to apply with the spray, doesn't have unpleasant smell, it is very lightweight and dries very quickly. Haven't tested it for long enough period yet but initial feedback is that it's easy enough to apply and wear.

It works wonders and definitely helps allt. I wore it on a hot day with a full face of make up and my make up did not budge not one bit. Id definitely reccomend it for girls who use a full face of make up

This setting mist is a must have. My makeup stays put all day for hours. Feels good on the face! and doesn't feel sticky. Definitely a new essential in my routine to keep my make up on all day!!!!!!!!

smells lovely and grips really really well under any heat conditions,it lasts allday and night it is genuinely worth the hype over social media, you should definitely buy this because of how much it is worth.

I’ve been loving the Maybelline Grippy Setting Mist! For the price, it honestly does such a good job at keeping my makeup in place all day.

I really love this maybeline fine list setting spray the grip on it is immaculate it holds my makeup in place and it also melts all of my makeup all seamlessly but still holding it in place. Makes my face look glowy.

really good i enjoyed very much and it makes makeup last but the spray may be too harsh and needs to be maybe more finer. it was a shock on the face when i sprayed it so maybe fix the spray harshness but other than that its very good

This is a great product. It is very hydrating and lightweight. It does not feel heavy on the skin at all. It is also very tacky and does an good job holding the makeup in place. The applicator is also great!

Super product not sticky at all and make up stayed all day in the neat too. It’s very hydrating as well unlike other make up setting spray I will definitely be buying more of these. Highly recommended!

The setting mist is good. It feels like my makeup holds better with it and it doesn't feel like something is sat on my skin. The setting mist doesn't seem to disturb my makeup and makes my skin look natural. There is a slight scent to it however, it does fade but you can notice something when it is first applied.

I love how hydrating this was when applying and is definitely tacky when you let it set. It does make your face oily after a workout when sweating but still keeps the makeup looking amazing. Would definitely recommend to others and it’s a perfect combo with the grippy primer.

This setting spray has been amazing. I have been using it for the last two weeks and this setting mist has been hydrating and nourishing but most importantly my make up has stayed in place all day when using this product!

Absolutely amazing product, very happy with it. Used it the other night and my makeup stayed on longer than it usually does! Even in the current heat so this setting spray works miracles! Would recommend this to anyone!

If you’re looking for a setting spray that keeps your makeup in place but doesn’t have a specific finish (e.g. matte or shiny) then this is the product for you. I’ve used it everyday this week for work and my makeup has lasted the whole day. The one day I didn’t wear it I did notice my makeup becoming bare in some areas throughout the day and just not sitting how it was with the setting spray. Would recommend!
