HOW TO DO A SMOKEY EYE STEP 1: LINE EYES
Using a smoky gel pencil eyeliner, draw a clean, smooth line across your upper eyelid, keeping colour as close to the lash line as possible. -

Time to smoke it out! Using the sponge-tip blender at the end of the eyeliner pencil, softly blur the line, gently diffusing colour up, out and all over the eyelid.
