This is absolutely amazing!!
Once applied it does take around 20/30 minutes to properly dry and set however after that it literally does not budge! I wear the red couloir and it will stay on all day long!
You can feel it and it is a little thick but after 30 mins you completely forget about it. The only bad thing I can say is how hard it is to remove (not even a bad thing by what so ever!)

I love these lipsticks so much, these are the only lipsticks I've been wearing for the past six years...everyday. I hope they don't discontinue.

I really wish they’d bring this collection back!! 265 caramel collector is an amazing shade and I can no longer find it anywhere in stores! Really missing it :(

This lipstick, in the seductress shade, has changed my life completely. Sit comfortably i have a story to tell you.
A poor girl having to go without to afford this lipstick, even though its high street affordable, she never forked out for any lipstick other than the pound land range. Admiring the calm tone of nude but surprisingly sexual appearance of her lips, she still wasn't holding out much hope for the new lipstick lasting the whole evening. Cut to the chase as eight electric hours flew by she opened her compact mirror and had an incredibly pleasurable shock, she inhaled sharply as the reflection shown her lips just as perfectly made up as the first, beautifully illustrated like a perfect summer's sunrise glistening on the surface of a crystal clear ocean. The new addition to her make up range had survived around 80 degrees of copper and galvanised threaded ron pipework which even burnt her fingers...

I've waited a couple of weeks to leave this review so it's as honest as possible and I had given it a fair go. Years ago Maybelline did a wooden chunky matte lip crayon that was pretty much this colour, it was my absolute favourite as a teenager but of course they discontinued it. I recently had an impulsive shopping spree and bought a bunch of dark red matte lips in various brands. This looked so promising, and in the right light it looks just like the colour I want, but the formula is AWFUL. I've been testing it out at home before I trust it on a night out, so just doing housework, having a coffee, etc. You have to keep your lips apart for it to dry - do not blot your lips together. Immediately after drying, it feels really grim. Lips feel tight and a bit sticky. It feels like I've blotted my lips with toilet paper but some of it stuck to my lips - I can literally feel BITS. Within MINUTES of applying, it has gone very patchy in the corners and middle of my mouth. It like tinted plastic rather than lipstick and when dry it just bobbles and disintegrates. Because it's a strong colour when it starts to fall apart it's extremely obvious. I even watched the video on the Maybelline website to see if I was applying it wrong, or if you have to prep your lips a certain way (other than clean and not chapped), but no, you're just supposed to apply one coat and go. Today I took a couple of photos by the window - this is what it looked like after 40 minutes, and I've had nothing to eat or drink - and it's not as dark as it should be, probably because it's worn off so much. Truly disappointing and total waste of £10. I have no idea why it's got so many good reviews because this is probably the second worst/joint worst out of the several I bought.
