SuperStay Ink Crayon Lipstick Matte Longwear Lipstick Makeup

This was my absolute favourite. Can I ask why the 'no 15' Lead the Way has changed. I bought a new one and its a slightly different colour. I bought another to check and it confirmed is a new colour. Why has Maybelline keep the same name and number on a product but changed the product?? I'm very disappointed.
Can you suggest another product that is the same colour as the old 'Lead the Way'. I can't afford to keep buying products to find the right fit, especially after I thad thought I had found my ultimate lip stick.

It last longer than most Lipsticks I've tried but it still fades off in less than an hour. And it has a strong smell of play dough. Sorry not for me.

It smells! I have an issue with makeup that has an odor and boy does this lipstick. I do like the color, Keep it Fun and the consistency but I can’t use it. I have an Ultimate stick one in Mauve and that is fine. That one didn’t come in a lighter color I wanted so I thought I’d try this one. The Utimate one ( which has turned out to be a favorite ) I could smell before I bought it but the way this one is packaged I couldn’t unfortunately.

This can't be sharpened.. it all sticks in the sharpener and just makes a mess

I loveeee the shade lead the way. I wear this lipstick with almost everything it lasts at school, at football games, and cheer competitions my whole team wears it sometimes! It’s color is perfect for any outfit anytime and is a very natural lip hue

However, lately I am having trouble finding it in my local stores!. PLEASE DO NOT DISCONTINUE IT EVER!

Application is easy and smooth, and it lasts an entire school day for me (7 hours) without having to re-apply. I have nothing bad to say about it!

Gorgeous product - twist up, applies easily, stays put, and a custom sharpener in the end to boot. I'm collecting as many of these as I can get my hands on. The base shade range is really good, but I'd love to see one in black! I do more graphic looks and this is a great tool for someone who enjoys doing art on the face, but is still perfect for casual, natural looks.

I think I found mg go to lipstick. This stays put without drying my lips. My lips are pigmented and the color still shows really well. I have the shade Own your empire.

Saw a tiktoker wearing this shade and she was a redhead like myself, I asked what lip colour she was wearing (it wasn’t an ad) and she replied. I immediately bought it and it is stunning. I wear this on a daily basis and it compliments my very pale cool toned skin and red hair perfectly. It hasn’t got amazing staying power but that doesn’t bother me as because you don’t need to use loads and it’s not massively expensive. It’s doesn’t dry your lips out either which is a huge bonus!

My all time fav lipstick it applies beautifully and stays on for super long, it also gives a really nice Matt look and doesn’t leave residue on things after it has dried (that takes like 5 min) absolutely on love!!❤️

I bought "stay exceptional" and I love the color, but it comes off IMMEDIATELY! Within minutes of applying it, when I took a drink of water, it was all over my mug and smudged on my face. Within a few hours it was completely gone. Would love to know what trick there is to get it to be "transferproof" and "smudge-resistant" because as it is, it absolutely is not either. Very disappointed, will be trying to return it. Which is really unfortunate because the color is pretty!

i just like it :) i use it sometimes with gloss so that gets rid of it being transferproof but when i am going matte it is transferproof and lasts a long time. love how easy it is to apple, versatility of the crayon format (easy to line with) and it doesnt make me look clowny which can be a problem because i have real thick lips

I don't usually post online reviews of cosmetics, but this lip crayon has got me making an exception. I bought the shade "Check Yourself" as a dupe of another Maybelline shade (Divine Wine) of which I loved the color, but not the application. This lip crayon has been stress-tested across 17 hours of use during two days of (not constant) wear and it's resisted hot coffee, cold water, alcoholic drinks, pizza, fruit, etc...it goes on very smoothly and exhibits very minimal feathering or transfer. It cleans up nicely with micellar water when you're ready to remove it, and doesn't leave a sticky residue when it dries like some liquid lipsticks do. The coverage with one coat looks absolutely fine and it looks around the same after a full 8 hours as it did when it went on, even after food and drinks. I will almost certainly buy this product in other shades. I do like Maybelline products, but this is even better than I'd expected.

I have been wearing shade Lead the Way #15 ever since this came out. However...recently the formula must have changed because the color is not the same. Instead of a pinky mauve it is now way more purple and dark. I am so bummed. I wonder if others are experiencing the same thing? Did you change the formula recently that would impact the color?

Beautiful lip colors that last an insanely long time without being drying. I routinely get 8-9 hours of wear while eating, drinking, wiping my mouth after eating. Love this lipstick.

I love the Piece of cake #185 but it says shimmer can't find anywhere

why are these discontinued... they are the best. Why would you discontinue this product... how can i get more?

Usually very skeptical about any makeup that claims anything... especially "all-day/ long lasting/ or smudge proof".. etc.. but seriously thus is actually amazing & I've tried expensive brands & cheaper brands... honestly does whTbjt says & you can wear it lightly or fully color & it's not extremely drying unless you literally never put any chapstick or anything on all day. I do, in fact, continue to buy...

Nice colour does stay on definitely pink so I would try another colour

Ive tried so many long wear, super stay lipsticks that are just super disappointing - Super cheap, super expensive, and everything in between. This is hands down the best! It usually lasts 8-10 hours. It doesnt dry out my lips. And it doesn't come off when I eat or
drink.

The "blow out the candle" has become my go-to lipstick, though sometimes I mix it with the "rise to the top" super stay crayon (regular, not limited edition). I hope they consider bringing this line back.

The BEST lip product Maybelline has ever come out with. The shades are beautiful. Lead the Way, Trust Your Gut, and Reach Higher are perfect for everyday and for layering. Please NEVER discontinue these! This line makes me step away from high end lip products and keeps me running back to Maybelline for beautiful wearable shades at an affordable price. This is luxury!
