Super Stay 24H Hybrid Powder-Foundation

I'm a big fan of the Super Stay 24 Hour concealer and have been for years, so I was excited to try the foundation. Unfortunately, I don't like it at all. It leaves my skin looking dull and pasty, even though it was the correct color match for my skin tone. Sadly, it was a waste of money.

Love this compact but it breaks up to fast. I don’t even get to silver bottom before it breaks up and gets all over the place. I have a total 6 compacts that are broken and not even half way used.

I enquired about a replacement product for dream mattee mousse and Maybelline recommended this. It is in no way a replacement. It doesn’t apply, blend or last in the same way. The colours don’t match my skin as well either. Maybelline used to be a great brand with cult beauty products but it seems to discontinue/change the formulas of their best sellers.

The new formula is horrible. The textured is weird it just dusts everything doesn’t blend well does not last or set & the color is off . I loved this powder & I had to stop using this brand. SMH it’s just terrible now bring the original formula back. I just wasted money with this.

ive been using this for almost 2 years and the formula has definitely changed because the shade i use matched well with my skin tone when i started using it but now it gives me a yellow undertone as i have pale skin and it gets even more yellow as it oxidises. i use shade 5 and its meant to have cool undertones but its kinda the opposite of that. i cant use the only shade lighter than it because its paler, but for warm toned skin therefore it would be even more yellow and it would look worse. other than that the coverage is really good and i continue to use it because it covers most of my spots and is affordable but its just the shade i have a problem with so i have to kinda blend my makeup down my neck so it evens out my skintone so the difference between my neck colour and face doesnt have such a big difference. the only problem is that the shade range is not diverse at all but the shades would fit better on other people that arent as pale, but otherwise the product is totally worth it

This foundation is genuinely a dream come true. I didn’t realise how sad it made me that my face would completely oil after 3 hours of makeup. I have very oily skin and struggled my whole life with makeup staying on my face. I would literally have to carry around practically my full makeup bag to re-touch throughout the day. This foundation has been a game changer!! I never have to top up on anything- blush, foundation- my contour and highlights stay just as prominent at 8pm as it did when first applied at 7am. 12 hours for me is the point where it looks worn out but even then there’s 4 hours left in it as the oil and prominence of the makeup isn’t entirely bad at that point. Downside- I can’t really explain it but sometimes the makeup can be scratched out, like if you use a blotting tissue, the oil will lift the foundation as it’s mixed together and leave a makeup less patch on your face.

I really liked this foundation. I have super oily skin and this seemed to not make me have that oily shine after a full day of work. It goes on pretty evenly and the shade is true to my skin tone. Works great with my other makeup when I build up my concealer, bronzer and blush.

Powder foundation looks chalky on my nose . Does. not stay even. My nose pores show and I have to keep touching up. I even had to remove makeup from nose before touch ups.

This powder is pure magic. I don't like to use loose powder. Can't explain why but it just isn't my thing and I don't like to try and make it work. Well I just happen to come across a video of Dominique Sachse trying this out which I didn't know it was from over a year ago. I have probably tried over 1,000 powders to use over my foundation bcuz I like a blur no imperfections look. I'm a matte girl. Please please please Maybelline, don't ever discontinue this one. It's a keeper. Since I'm late to the game on this product I thought I would do a review since I'm totally 110% convinced this is simply perfect

Super dry on me & patchy. The shade was nice but the coverage was not there for a textured face like mine. The finish was matte which is also why I think the blendability was not good for me since I have oily skin.

I bought this the other day, once applied it started going patchy and my skin was oily within 3 hours of application when I tried to go over it it just made it look even worse unfortunately will not be purchasing again.

I used it as a baking highlight under my eyes after concealer it really brightens and gives me the effect I need, I recently have dry skin so it’s not the best to use powder bcz it will look flaky but I really like it to highlight the areas since the tone is lighter than my actual skin tone

It gives a sticky feeling, it marks my expression lines, it gets all patchy moments after i apply it. The matte effect lasts like an hour and then i feel like a sticky wet dry cake

I like this but extremely UPSET over MAYBELLINE ENDING their WHITE CONCEALER COVER STICK that I've used since a young girl. It's One of their greatest products & they discontinue w/beiges-ugh? Very Bad decision...& my girlfriends are upset as well. We all loved the WHITE stick concealer-so quick & easy to apply. Will go elsewhere to find (bad business decision Maybelline). Still, Super Stay is a good product...w/hopes you don't drop this one!

Wanted to try this type of makeup so just picked a budget version. Pretty happy with it. Wouldn't say its 24hour but nice coverage and not bad longevity

I bought this a couple weeks ago and have been loving it -great colour and coverage, HOWEVER, the metal pallet it is on bends (I’m assuming due to the fact it lifts up for the mirror) resulting in the powder cracking and crumbling everywhere rather easily!

Great coverage, didn’t look cakey or “powdery” and it stayed put! I did use a good setting spray. Product didn’t get super oily or move throughout the day in Texas weather!

I think it was this color but I’m not sure but definitely check it out who doesn’t like 24 hour stay up foundation. I love using it especially when I have to be out most of the day.

The applicator makes a huge difference on my face it cover up my face very well there’s all kind of skin tones of foundation and many to choose from!!

Keep ur makeup stay very well. My eyeliner usually gets smudged, but this powder helps it stay on nicely. Doesn't feel heavy in the face. Good to have one in the purse

I am so happy that I got a free sample. It is now my new favorite powder. I use this powder and I love flawless it looks on my skin. I love the finishing effect of this one!

Hands down the BEST powder & concealer I have ever used. Better than ANY high end brand & amazing for oily skin!

I love this foundation and I would have given it five stars if the shade number to the foundation was actually printed on the compact so when I went to buy another one I could get the same color. Apparently the seal sticker is the only thing that has the number on it, so as soon as you break the seal you've lost the number. So heads up, remember what number shade you got.

Applys like butter smooth pressed powder with a buttery feel goes on easy and lasts all day. Feels light on skin but with good buildable coverage.

This left me speechless. It definitely works so good under the eyes. It brighten my eyes and it said my whole face. I would definitely purchase this and recommended to other people.

I always used Superstay - but with this new version of the powder - there’s been no help anywhere, especially on Maybelline’s website- to help you transition from the shade you used to buy, to what is available now. Rubbish treatment of your loyal customers Maybelline!

I live in south Florida so foundation is usually a no for me especially at work since I am running around and sweating in the heat but I decided to try this powder to see if it helped cover my psoriasis on my nose and it worked very well and was still light and not cakey it also stayed well through my work shift which is impressive would definitely recommend
