The Blushed Nudes EYE SHADOW PALETTE

The Blushed Nudes from Maybelline is a great palette which boasts 13 different looks, (with a handy 'how to' guide on the back) but it offers so much more. As well as the combinations of quads, trios and duos it's easy to mix and match to find your own preferred shades. Since receiving The Blushed Nudes palette courtesy of Maybelline I can honestly say I've used it every day over the last couple of weeks. I've found certain combinations that suit my skin, hair and eye colour perfectly. Some were from the suggested guide whilst others I've sat and found for myself through trial and error, with not so many errors as the shades are so well matched and blend effortlessly. The only negative I can really find is that there aren't enough applicator brushes, with so many colour combinations I feel there should be more. I give it 5/5

I think this makeup palette is great if you like shimmery colours.
On the back it shows colour combinations guaranteed to work together, I have had fun trying them all out, some work on me others don't, but if your not confident on what works this palette gives you a guide, always a plus.
I have used this palette for day and evening, it goes on smoothly with minimal fallout which I have found with a large brush is easily swept away.

When I first received the Blushed Nude Pallet (for free, thanks Maybelline) I immediately went online to have a look at how to's. I was disappointed to discover there weren't any videos from Maybelline but I read through their illustrated guide and had a go. I was immediately impressed and converted. I love the natural colours but this pallet has also encouraged me to go bolder than I have before and trying new colour combinations is so much fun :) can't recommend this highly enough!

So I received the Blushed Nude Pallet for free from Maybelline and I have to say that I am so impressed that I would be happy to have bought it. It is so much more than a normal eye shadow pallet, you can move from day to night effortlessly and mix it up on a daily basis, all while keeping it natural and elegant. I received this eyeshadow for free from maybelline and couldn't be happier it meets all of your needs from day to night! You can create so many different looks with the variety of colours and unlike alot of palletes all the colours are really nice rather than only liking a few. This eyeshadow goes on very smoothly and stays put all day and looks just as fresh at the end of the day as it did when you first applied it! You also get a great applicator with a brush to apply and pad to blend which works really well I would recommend this palette to anyone's make up bag!

So I received my Blushed Nude Palette from Maybelline and started using it straight away. I loved the nude colours as I'm not someone who wears a great deal of make up although working in a customer based role we have to be presentable. I loved that you can layer these eyeshadows and Maybelline have made it easier by grouping colours together. I loved the sleek design of the packaging and the awesome applicator that come with it. My only thing that I wasn't keen on was that there were a lot of shimmery colours I would of preferred a few more matte colours. But overall a great product and would definitely recommend.

I was very excited to see my eyeshadow palette had been delivered and was deperate to give it a try, at first i was happy with the range of colours as they were nice and neautral so could be used for the day time, they went on nicely and smoothly with the applicatior provided. However there wasnt a big selection of shimmery colours, they were mainly matte shades which is good for a natural look but would have been nice to have more variety for evening looks especially as i do tend to wear quite heavy make up. Generally i was happy with the shadows though.

As an avid make up wearer, I was thrilled when I was given the chance to receive this palette for free from Maybelline. This palette contains 12 incredibly pigmented shades which means that there is a shade for everyone. By combining the shades together, you can create a makeup look that has great colour and depth that will make your eyes pop. I was able to create beautiful smoky eye looks aswell as simple natural looks using only this palette and a bit of primer. The brush that comes with this palette is incredibly useful for getting into those nooks and crannys when trying to simulate depth, but also manages to perfect colouring the whole lid aswell. Although the colours in the product do create a bit of fall out, I was able to ensure that the product stayed in its place by using a small amount of primer. This palette is definitely worth its cost and I will 100% be recommending this palette to a friend.

I was really excited to receive my free maybelline blushed palette to test (thankyou maybelline) I just couldn't wait to try it! I must say I love it and it's now my favourite cosmetic item, with different shades there's lots of looks to be created for day or night. After 1 week of testing all shades I can't think of one thing I dislike about it, shades are longlasting (even after a night of dancing, I still awoke with my eye make up intact), the applicator sponge/brush is silky soft so it doesn't scratch like other ones I've tried in the past, it comes in a lovely gold case which is small enough to fit in any handbag. There is also pictured instructions on the back for ideas and to help anyone from beginners to those that would love to experiment but are maybe a bit apprehensive to try. You won't be disappointed if you buy this product, it is now my first choice in my daily routine.

This pallette is perfectly packaged and slim so easily fits into a handbag. The applicator is the first to impress as there is only one end which is sponge and the other is a brush. This is a huge bonus as it makes the shades easier to blend. I normally opt for the same shades of eye make up but there are so many subtle shades to choose from you can easily go from the barely there look for during the day to just smoky eyes for an evening without much effort. I found the shadows silky and long lasting and they were easily to apply and didn't gather in thr crease of your eyelid as some shades do. There are guidlines on the back of the pallette for those who like to experiment. Overall a fabulous product which i will buy again.

I absolutely loved receiving the blushed nudes pallet from Maybelline to test and keep for free. Thank you very much Maybelline for the opportunity. I can't boast enough about the product. I love the 12 different colours in the pallet as it gives you the chance to combine the colours together to take a day time look to a night time look easily. I like the diagrams on the back of the pallet which shows you how to apply more than one colour at a time with ease and without making a mess of it. I prefer making Smokey eyes for the perfect night time look by using the darker colours in the pallet. I probably wouldn't of been able to do it without the diagram on the back. I highly recommend this product as it is of great quality and easy to use. It is also a great size pallet so it is easy to carry in your handbag where ever you go. The only downfall was that the brushes where to soft so I personally preferred applying eye shadow by using my fingers or using brushes that I have already in my make up bag. If you are looking to treat yourself then go out and buy this product and I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Really love the maybelline nude palett so many different colours to choose from it's a nice and light doesn't feel heavy , last all day . so pleased with it it's a excellent product . Love wearing it

Very happy to receive this free item from Maybelline! Okay so let's start with the packaging. I'm actually quite impressed with it, I like the golden plastic top, it looks gorgeous and it's pretty sturdy. The palette is small enough to fit in my bag so that's a plus.
Moving on to the product itself. First time swatching of the colours shows how gorgeous they are on the skin and it's quite pigmented. Although the top row picks up product less than the bottom row so maybe you'd have to try a little harder to pick up the product.
I'm not a big fan of the pigmentation of the top row but the bottom row is GORGEOUS.
I've tried the colours a few times to get a good idea about their longevity. They're pretty good and long lasting although they do fade away quicker so I did try them on with eyelid primer and it did last the entire day without much fading.
I'd actually probably buy the product when I'm finished with this, it's a pretty good price too so why not?!

I've been using this Blushed Nude Palette for the past few days now which I received free from Maybelline (Thank you) It's definitely the best set of eyeshadows that I own. All the colours are beautiful with the darker ones having a soft sparkle to them which looks beautiful when blending! The long applicator brush is great having a pad one side and a soft brush the other making it easy to apply. I've never had to re-apply the eyeshadow it's lasted all day which is fab! I also have fairly sensitive skin especially on my face and I've had no irritation at all.

On the back of palette there is some suggestions on how you can apply the eye shadows giving tips on which colours to blend and where they can be applied on the eyelid which is fantastic especially if you're new to blending or a little nervous using new colours.

I've found with many other sets on the market, some colours are just not wearable a couple of nice colours added with some colours that only a clown would wear !! With this Blushed Nude Palette from Maybelline all colours are wearable !!! So no money wasted buying a set with only a couple of nice colours in. This set can easily be worn during the day and with the darker colours can be transformed in to the perfect evening or night time look.

I'm so impressed with this set that I don't have anything negative to say.

You can clearly see the array of colours within the palette and on the reverse of the packaging there are clear instructions and guideline for application of product.
The use by date on this product is 24 month which means plenty of time to get a great benefit out of this pallette.
There are 12 shade and one applicator with both a brush and sponge end. I feel that for this amount of shades extra applicators are needed as the colours become mixed on the brush/sponge.
I have applied these eye shadows on numerous occasions to which I have received many compliments two female work colleagues enquired about my eye shadows I showed them the maybalelline palette and they both used this product on themselves they both loved the eyeshadow and expressed an interest in purchasing this product.
I prefer the darker colours in the pallette but love how they all have a slight shimmer / sparkle to them.
Overall I am very happy and enthusiastic about the eye shadows I would give them an 8/10 and I'm very pleased maybalelline sent me them

I received my blushed nude palette for free from Maybelline a week ago.

I have tried this product for a week now, it really is fantastic and good on my sensitive skin.

I rate this product a 4 out of 5 due to the colour choice having only one Matt colour.

The texture of the eye shaddow is just perfect and isn't too greasy or to powdered. I would recommend this product to my friends and family.

It comes in a small compact case with a brush, it's thin and fits inside your bag with ease.

Brilliant product and highly recommended.

i was luckyenough to try maybelline nude palette for free ,i think this product offers a great choice of colours and is easy to apply however in my opinion it dosent last as long as id like and i think its more suitable to daytime wear

So, on my first blog post, I gave my overall view of the product, that I luckily revived free from Maybelline to try out. I was very happy with the palette and found that it covered all my range of colours that I use for day time.

As it came in 12 colours, it was more than my usual palette would consist of, but it seemed that the colours would all work well together and was tempted to try the other colours which were out of my usual colour zone, using the instructions and guide that comes in the back of the packaging, which I was grateful for and thought it was a nice touch.

Result, I felt it gave me more confidence to apply the darker shades and trusted the Maybelline brand to give it a go, and I loved my new look. Something I wouldn't have tried if the palette has consisted of just my usual 3-4 colours which is what I normally buy, thanks Maybelline!

I was really excited to receive my Blushed Nude Palette free from Maybelline. On opening the package, I was pleasantly surprised on how pleasing the palette looked visually. Its a great compact case that really enables you to create any look you want from a simple "hardly there makeup" to an "evening smokey eye" look that would fit perfectly in any makeup bag. The selection of colours are great and give you a sense of confidence when using them in that you really can't go wrong with mixing and matching any colours as they all compliment each other. I really like the simple picture instructions on the back telling you where to apply certain shades on the eyelid to get different looks. This is brilliant little tip for a novice and not something i've seen before but would love to see more of. The downsides for me are that the shades themselves are very powdery which can get quite messy when your combining colours. Also you only have one brush which isn't good when your putting a dark shade on then want to put a lighter shade on after as it can ruin the look your trying to achieve. I ended up using my own brushes. Also due to each powder being small and flush with each other, its quite easy to get a bit of the shade next to it on your brush if your using a larger eyeshadow brush. They would be better if each colour was a little sunken into its compartment. Overall though, for an inexpensive makeup purchase, this is a must have and i would happily recommend to others.

Loved receiving this eyeshadow palette from Maybelline- I was very excited indeed when it arrived in the post! I'm quite new to using palettes- usually I'll stick with just a solid colour or my trusty liquid eyeliner. So you could say I'm a bit of a novice! The colours are very nice indeed- lovely romantic shades, and the guide on the back of the palette (if not a bit crowded) helped me through which colours to put where. My favourite shade is probably the bronze one- makes blue eyes pop! Love this lots, my new fave make up addition :)

Lovely pick of soft pastel colours which blend well together. Very easy to apply with small guide on rear of packaging showing which colours work best together. Most colours are shimmer but not at all too 'glittery'.
I have pale skin and the colours work well with my tones.
Arrived in time for a lunch date with friends who were complimented me on my make up!
Would definitely recommend!

I was very excited to receive my free Blushed Nude Palette from Maybelline and upon receiving it, I am not disappointed.

The pallet itself is a reasonable size, a perfect fit inside my make up bag without taking up to much space. The pallet comes with a duel end applicator, though I prefer to apply the product with my finger tip rather than the round end of the applicator. The brush end is perfectly suited for applying to the crease of your eye.
One of the things I particularly liked with this pallet was the diagrams on the back giving recommendations for colours and three types of application, each showing the area the product should be applied. This is very useful for people who may be new to eye shadow, though also perfect for those more experienced but wanting a starting point on what colours to use. One thing that I think would make this more useful would for it to be printed larger on the back as it's readable, but still rather small. Having the information on a separate leaflet that could be removed from the package without risk of ripping it would have been handy instead of having to flip the pallet back and forth when using it.

The colours are pigmented without being overbearing. The top three colours along the top left are very pale in direct sunlight but have a beautiful shimmer which is hard to capture on camera but very beautiful in person. Having been using the pallet for a week I've tested out each colour combination and my personal favourite are the first two on the left, bottom and top.
I have worn the product for 8+ hours while at work and it never needed reapplication. The eye shadows also had very limited fall out when applying them.
To make the colours a little brighter I would recommend adding a white base as this did seem to help make the lighter colours more visible along with their natural sheen, but even without a base I was pleased with the result.
The product feels natural on my eyes and didn't feel greasy or oily as some previous products I've use in the past.

I would happily give this product a four out of five for quality. The only slight issue is with how subtle the top three shades are which could be an issue for some buyers and the small printed of the diagrams on the back.
A very good product I will continue to use and would be happy to purchase in the future.
