    Define the eyelid crease

This is optional, but it helps to add some dimension and warmth to your look. You can use a neutral eyeshadow like our Colour Strike Eyeshadow Pen in Stark, applying it on the eyelid crease.

Our Colour Strike eyeshadows use a unique cream-to-powder formula that – with precise cushion tips – glides on easily, and it’s done in just one simple swipe! You’ll get up to 12 hours of bold colour, the eyeshadow staying in place throughout your day. Not only that, but our eyeshadow is ophthalmologist tested and suitable for wearers of contact lenses.

    Define the lash line

Next, it’s time to use a black pencil eyeliner to define the lash line. Line your upper lash line from the centre of your eye out to the corners, bringing the line down when you get here, and raising your eyebrows for a nice, smooth line.

You can use our Tattoo Liner Gel Pencil for this – it’s a semi-permanent eyeliner that glides onto your lash line for the intensity of a tattoo, lasting all day and featuring a built-in sharpener for ease of use. It’s waterproof too, and you won’t get any smudging or fading, so it’s ideal for puppy dog eyeliner.

    Extend the liner downwards

Now, continuing with our gel pencil eyeliner, just follow the line downwards and make a sharp point – feel free to thicken your line, and fill in any gaps if required.

    Line inner corners of eyes

Get to work on the inner corners of your eyes with a liquid eyeliner like our Hyper Easy Liquid Liner. Just trace a thin line outwards from the inner corners and connect it to the gel eyeliner you used in the previous steps.

It’s easy to use our liquid liner! The Hyper Easy Brush Tip offers a smooth glide that fits to the shape of your eye, and the hexagonal grip makes it easy to control for stable application and great-looking liner. It lasts up to 24 hours and is suitable for sensitive eyes, so it’s a product not to be missed when you’re looking to get the perfect puppy dog eyeliner!

    Line lower lash line

Next up, it’s time to grab your pencil eyeliner again, and line the outer half of your lower lash line. Make sure that you’re drawing it out to connect to the top liner, and that you’re not covering the inner half of your lower lash line.

Then, you might want to get your eyeshadow brush and smoke out the lower liner to soften it slightly, while adding some black liner to your waterline as well.

    Open-up eyes

Go back to your eyeshadow pen, as it’s time to perfect the open look! Just apply to your inner lower lash line for some extra light and shimmer – it really makes the look.
