To get those striking, saturated eyes, begin with Eye Studio® Color Pearls™ Marbleized Eyeshadow in Navy Narcissist. Apply solid color first, coloring the full lid to the crease of the eye. With a small, flat brush, continue color along the lower lash line, outlining the full eye in blue, blending as you go. Brush the marbleized shade on upper lid, adding dimension and sparkle. Continue blending along upper crease.
Next, use Line Express® Eyeliner in Blackened Sapphire to line the inner rim of the eye along both upper and lower lash lines. The creamy formula delivers intense color with just one stroke. A coat of Volum’ Express® The Falsies™ Mascara in Blackest Black finishes the look!
